I’ve made a quick video of some of the Deltas flying on Sunday. I didn’t film all that flew but you’ll get the idea of the fun! Other members filmed all the models and used ‘proper’ video cameras (I was using my phone) so there will be a better and more complete video at a later date.

Well done chaps, impressed with them all but Norwegian Nicks looked like it flew nicely and (it pains me to say it) probably 1066s if there was any video of it … well done 1066 too for putting yourself in the line of fire and being the launch dolly too, I had expected a bikini clad harlot like you get between rounds at the boxing but I suppose there is a recession on.
Has the camera man bought some new equipment, the video quality was unusually good!?
Yes 1066’s flew very well, but wandered off line when slowed up so probably needs a bigger fin. I think I launched it, hence no video. Mine also flew well but of course no video. Captain Slow and Richard were filming as well so hopefully we’ll have video of the other deltas soon.
That video was all done with my Sony Xperia phone.

I wanted to say thank you to 1066 for organising this competition. Despite the agony of having to build a model from scratch in such a short time the whole event was hugely enjoyable.
I agree Capt.Slow,it’s been really successful and great fun, hats off to 1066.
I had another 4 flights with my delta this morning, and Woody, Basher Bob, Dwayne Pipe,and Norwegian Nick all flew theirs as well.
I got carried away last Sunday and damaged mine, It has had successful plastic surgery, the under wing profile has been removed and replaced by a belly pan, a larger fin, and a more rearward CG, it flew this evening, better I thinks MK 3 and 4 may appear Sunday. Thanks for all the plaudits,But all I did was plant the seed you guys made it work by taking part.
