Petersfield Aero Modellers is affiliated with the British Model Flying Association (BMFA).
A requirement of this affiliation is that club members are also members of the BMFA. It is therefore compulsory for all members to join the BMFA which provides its members £25million third party insurance cover.
Club membership fees are due at the beginning of January each year, the annual membership runs from January to December.

Members who do not pay the £11.13 CAA registration will not be allowed to fly models weighing more than 250g (unless control line models) at the Club Patch or at any event organised by the Club.
A junior is anyone under the age of 18 years on 1st January 2025.
Family membership includes one adult and partner and one child under 18.
Additional Juniors BMFA membership will be £15.
