Closure of Buriton Village Hall

Hi All,
I have been informed that Buriton Village Hall will be closed to all users for a period of 2-3 weeks from July 24th whilst professional drying takes place. This means that it will not be available for our next meeting on 31st July. We are scheduled to hold a chuck glider event at the recreation ground that evening (8pm start). After consultation with the Committee, the general opinion is that we should go ahead with the chuck glider event and postpone formal business until the following meeting. For those members who still want the usual chat amongst ourselves, we could go over to the Five Bells pub.
Should the Village Hall still be unavailable for the following meeting there is the possibility of using the Seaward Room at Buriton Church. I will keep you informed should this be the case.
Could as many members as possible dig out those old chuck gliders and support this event please.
