Slow cooked with smoked bacon & button mushrooms, served with buttered mash
Chestnut, Mushroom & Shallot Pie – (v)
With puff pastry top and garlic & rosemary roasted new potatoes
Herb Crusted Salmon
Coated in breadcrumbs & fresh herbs and baked in the oven, with buttered mash & a white wine, tomato & chervil sauce
